Sandbanks & Reefs
Skip across to a private sandbank, then on to the best snorkelling reefs nearby.

The fastest way onto the water. Reach reefs, sandbanks, dolphins and resorts in minutes, not hours — and fit far more into a single, flexible day. Hire by the hour, half-day or full day.
A speedboat's pace means you're not choosing between the sandbank and the reef — you can have both, and the sunset too.

Every day is shaped around you. Here's one way a full-day speedboat charter from North Malé Atoll might look.
The speedboat meets you at your resort jetty. Cold drinks, towels and snorkelling gear are on board. The captain confirms the day's route based on tides, weather and what you want most.
A short ride to a pristine coral reef — often a house reef of an uninhabited island. Turtles, rays and schools of colourful reef fish in crystal-clear water. Snorkel at your own pace while the crew stays close.
The boat pulls up to an empty sandbank. Shade, drinks and time to swim, sunbathe or simply sit on white sand surrounded by turquoise. The crew sets up while you relax.
A quick hop to a nearby resort island for lunch at a waterfront restaurant. The speedboat waits at the jetty — take as long as you like over the meal.
Afternoon snorkel at a different reef, or cruise to a local island for a walk. The speedboat's pace means you're not choosing — you can fit both in.
As the light turns golden, the captain heads for the channels where spinner dolphins gather. Watch them ride the bow wave as the sun drops into the Indian Ocean, then a short cruise home.
