Duration
Longer charters cost more, but offer better value per hour. A full day is typically 60–70% of the cost of two half-days.
Distance & route
Whale shark expeditions to South Ari Atoll require more fuel than a sandbank run near Hulhumalé. Long routes are priced accordingly.
Season
December to April (dry season) is peak demand — prices are firmer. May to November often allows more flexibility.
Inclusions
A bare charter is one price; adding catering, a photographer, flowers and drone coverage adds to the total — all itemised.
Group size
The charter price is per boat regardless of guest count. The per-person cost drops as you add guests — maximum is 12.

For groups of 4 or more, a private charter is usually comparable to or cheaper per person than individual resort excursion tickets — and you get the whole boat, your own itinerary and no shared experience. Split 8 ways, a full-day private charter often undercuts group tours.
Captain, crew, fuel, snorkelling gear, towels, water and soft drinks are always included. We quote all-in — the price you see on WhatsApp is the price you pay. No service charges, no fuel surcharges, no last-minute additions.
We take a deposit to confirm your charter. Our cancellation policy is stated clearly on your confirmation message. Weather cancellations are rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full — we never charge you for conditions outside anyone's control.
Prices are firmer in peak season (December–April) due to higher demand. The shoulder months (May and November) often offer the best combination of good conditions and availability. We'll always quote the current rate for your specific date.
